Georgia has no residency requirement for voter registration. Once an individual establishes residency in Lowndes County, they are eligible to register if they are 18 and older and an American citizen.

Those wishing to register may do so at the Department of Motor Vehicles while obtaining or changing a driver's license or obtaining an ID, at a number of state, county, and city offices and agencies, and at a number of additional locations throughout the county or the Lowndes County Board of Elections and Registrations office [listed above].
